Individual or Small Fleets
Our services are designed to provide OTR
drivers with the tools they need to keep track of their business and when needed retrieve reports but we can also leverage the
very same technology used by the individual driver to fleets. Individual drivers
belonging to fleet accounts use the software just as any owner-operator would but managers at
central locations can access real-time data for the entire fleet from the head office and run
reports tailored to the fleet or subsets of the fleet all the way down to a single driver.
Mangers can also enter data for drivers who can then respond to that entry as a
haul order. This trucking software can be used as a centralized command and control center for your small to mid-size fleet.

Your data is on our web servers
No more fears concerning loss of data due to operating system crashes, program
corruption or computer theft.
Also - key fields such as names, addresses, cities, phone numbers and email addresses are encrypted in the database to guard against prying eyes.
Another important advantage
ezTrucker has over all other installed programs is decentralized data
management. That means the data you enter for your business can be
entered from more than one location at the same time the road driver enters daily operating expenses. If you
maintain a staffed office while on the road your staff can enter data for you such as invoice data mailed to
your office from vendors. This also means drivers belonging to fleet accounts can be free from the
responsibility of data entry by mailing receipts and other documents to your central office for processing
by your staff. Multiple people at your office can enter data for one or more drivers at the same time.
Your centralized office can also be used as a dispatching hub for pickup and drop assignments. Your
fleet drivers simply logon then access their account to receive the information.
Keep in mind even though our software can handle multiple drivers it is still perfect for the single owner-operator.
